Whether you’ve had the pleasure of trying an Incredible Hulk for yourself or heard about the cocktail via a rap song, chances are you’re familiar with the infamous drink. A true early 2000s gem, the Incredible Hulk got its distinct name because when you combine the two primary spirits, Hpnotiq and Hennessy, it turns green in color.
So get this, earlier this month I had an Incredible Hulk while visiting New York City and it was…wait for it…actually really good! It was one of the drinks served at Lower East Side cocktail bar, Lullaby.
