RTIC’s Pink Happy Hour Tumblers Are on Sale for a Steal—And I Tried Them

As an OG blogger and food/drink journalist, I’ve seen my fair share of drink tumblers. And I have to say that I haven’t really treated them with respect. They usually get tossed deep inside a kitchen cabinet or at the bottom of a crate filled with other forgotten gadgets. But I recently came across a set of new tumblers that have absolutely won me over. That beautifully boozy pair of products is RTIC’s Happy Hour Wine Tumbler and Happy Hour Lowball Tumbler in the color Rosewater (a soft pink hue).

I’m a lover of all shades of pink, so I may be a little biased, but I thought the color of the tumblers was stunning upon seeing it in person. It’s described as “soft pink,” but it reminds me of a more grown up version of bubblegum pink. There’s also metallic rose gold detailing to make the tumblers pop a bit. Although the Rosewater color is perfect for just about any season, it’s sure to be a conversation starter come spring/summer.

The tumblers have a little weight to them, and as you can see from the photos, they are a bit wider at the bottom. If you have smaller hands, that wider bottom could be a little awkward, but I didn’t have a problem with it.

The Happy Hour Lowball Tumbler is a smaller option at 8 oz, while the Happy Hour Wine Tumbler is more sizable at 12 oz. They both feature a leak-resistant lid and are capable of keeping beverages cold for up to 24 hours.

One of my favorite features is the wide-mouth opening that lets you sip without any spillage, or parts of the drink pouring on top of the tumbler lid. The lid also includes a flip-top that stays locked in place when you’re sipping. And as someone who tends to be a little clumsy, I also appreciate the slip-resistant exterior.

I believe I asked this before with my Parkside Flask review, but have you ever planned an outing just so you could use a new product? For example, planning a solo date at your favorite cocktail lounge to show off a new purse? Well, that’s exactly what the tumblers are giving. I can’t wait to plan a cozy little spring picnic with my Happy Hour Wine Tumbler, a bottle of Riesling and some Trader Joe’s snacks.

As far as cost, both tumblers are currently on sale for a price that screams “buy me ASAP!” The Happy Hour Wine Tumbler is $22.99 and the Happy Hour Lowball Tumbler is $19.99. And I don’t think I even have to mention how perfect either of the two would be as a Valentine’s Day gift.

Basically, if you’ve been looking for an excuse to upgrade your drinkware or snag a cute little gift, this is it. It’s pink, practical and won’t break the bank.
