The Ninja BlendBOSS Is the Cutest Cocktail Gadget You’ll Actually Use
Amazon
I’m pretty familiar with the Ninja lineup of kitchen appliances—my Nutri-Blender gets used nearly everyday and the Ninja SLUSHi has been on my wishlist for quite some time now. So I was pleasantly surprised when I came across the Ninja BlendBOSS on my social media feed recently. What caught my attention first was the look of the blender. While sleek, Ninja products tend to be pretty uniform in color—all black, with silver scattered throughout. The Ninja BlendBOSS ($129.99) on the other hand features a whirlwind of vibrant colors: summer green, lilac, ocean blue.
All that eye candy aside, good looks only go so far in my kitchen, so let’s get into the nitty gritty of what the Ninja BlendBOSS can actually do.

Okay, So What Exactly Does It Do?
In addition to looking great, the Ninja BlendBOSS is quite the workhorse. Described as a personal blender for smoothies and frozen drinks, the Ninja BlendBOSS features a 1200-peak-watt motor base that allows the blender to power through ice and frozen fruit with ease. It includes three intelligent programs: Smoothie, Ice Crush and Blend. There’s also an auto-IQ feature that combines pulsing, blending and pausing patterns to your liking.
And in case you want to swap cocktail-making for smoothie-sipping (new year, new you, right?), it includes an easy sip chug and straw lid that lets you to drink your green smoothies directly from the vessel.
The Buzz Around Its Frozen Cocktail Skills
When I first came across the Ninja BlendBOSS, I immediately thought about how great it would be making frozen cocktails with it during the warmer months. But don’t let a little cold weather keep you from making your favorite frozen cocktails, because there are plenty of people putting their BlendBOSS to good use.
“Buy this. You won’t regret it. I love making cocktails in it smoothies. It makes anything and I love how it has a lid also. Easy to clean,” read one review on Amazon.
“I swear by Ninja brand quality as I have had multiple units from blenders to air fryers - always work well. This one is no exception. Not a big fan of the green. But the blender works great. Used with smoothies, cocktails and protein shakes. Never have to have it going more than 30 seconds,” another person chimed in.
