In case you missed it, social media has been in an absolute frenzy this month following the release of Applebee’s new Poolio with Don Julio margaritas. Fans are especially eager to get their hands on the pool-shaped, collectible cup the Poolio with Don Julio margs come in.
Announced last week, the two new drinks include the Sunny Sipper Margarita and the Belly Floppin’ Melon Margarita.

Pool season is getting started a little early thanks to a new collection of cocktails from Applebee’s. The restaurant has teamed up with Don Julio for a pair of new margaritas that taste like vacation in a glass.
Applebee’s “Poolio with Don Julio” sips include the Sunny Sipper Margarita and Belly Floppin’ Melon Margarita. And get this, each drink is served in a fun, pool-shaped souvenir cup that you get to take home.

But I was pleasantly surprised when it was revealed that the Margarita of the Month for April was the all-new (heavy on the “new”) Peachy Dream Marg. Well, the fun doesn’t stop there, folks. We’re getting another new Margarita of the Month in May, and it might just be the most innovative marg yet from the restaurant.
Next month, Chili’s fans will be able to try the new Popping Boba Marg. The unique sip is made with Lunazul Blanco Tequila, Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, Monin Watermelon, house-made sour, and Dragonfruit Popping Boba.

When Snoop Dogg first rapped about sippin’ on gin and juice, he likely wasn’t picturing himself cozied up at a booth at Applebee’s. Well, fast-forward a few decades and the rapper/actor has partnered with fellow musician Dr. Dre on Still G.I.N., and they’re showcasing the liquor with two new cocktails at Applebee’s. Those two new sips are the Rollin‘ On the Beach ($10) and the Young, Wild & Free Fruit Punch ($7). And yes, I tried ‘em.

As long as Chili’s has had their Margarita of the Month special, there’s been a loyal crew of fans who congregate to the restaurant each month for the latest seasonal release. And now, Chili’s is bringing this group together with the launch of their new Margarita of the Month Club.
“y’all drink so many margs we decided to make a marg of the month club, with merch of course,” Chili’s shared in an Instagram post announcing the news.

After bringing back its Resolution Breaker Marg for the month of January, Chili’s is circling back to yet another fan-fave margarita for its February pick. Many of you are likely already familiar with the February Margarita of the Month, because it was also featured last year.
This February, Chili’s will once again be serving its StrawEddy Marg as its Margarita of the Month. The sweet-meets-tangy cocktail is made with Lunazul Blanco Tequila, Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, strawberry purée and house-made sour. And yes, it’s still just $6.
I Tried Red Lobster’s New Cocktails—and Was Not Prepared for the Free Lobster Drink Shaker
Apparently, Red Lobster has been dropping new cocktails like it’s nobody’s business. I recently went there to try their newest cocktails, but was met with a menu filled with enticingly unfamiliar drinks like the Old Salt's Smoked Old Fashioned and Guava Chili Margarita. As tempting as those new additions were, I was there to try the sips featured during Lobsterfest. In total, there were three new drinks: The Lobstar, Shoreline Spritz and Dockside Sipper. I absolutely tried all of them and one drink reigned supreme (and it’s not even because of the freebie it came with).

I love that we get to start each month with a new Margarita of the Month from Chili’s. Rent might be due, but at least you’ll soon be sipping on something deliciously boozy (likely paired with an order of Southwestern Egg Rolls). We’re already starting the new year strong with the return of the fan-favorite Resolution Breaker Marg. But since we still have 11 months of libations to go, I had to get some intel on what we can expect from Chili’s in 2026.
