Red Lobster Just Secretly Dropped a New Mocktail for Dry January—And It’s Summer in a Glass

It’s nice to see that restaurants are also getting in on Dry January this year. As people across the globe carefully jotted down their New Year’s resolutions, Red Lobster announced that it would be releasing a brand new mocktail exclusively for the month of January. Dubbed the Tropic Tease, Red Lobster’s newest sip might just leave you longing for warmer months ahead thanks to a combination of beachy flavors like pear and mango. And according to the beloved eatery, she’s “that girl.”
“Our NEW Tropic Tease mocktail is available for a limited time this Dry January 🍹 Enjoy this mix of mango passion fruit, lemonade, pear and Starry Lemon Lime. Available this January only!” Red Lobster shared in an Instagram caption.
And for those looking for a boozier option, the restaurant is still taking part in 12 Days of $5 Cocktails. For 12 days, you can get your hands on one of three new cocktails: Merry Margarita, Watermelon Margarita or Cinnabeam (Jim Beam Bourbon, Fireball and ginger ale). Unfortunately though, the promotion ends this Monday (January 5). I’m reallyyy hoping they keep the Watermelon Margarita on the menu or at least bring it back for spring.
