Matthew McConaughey’s Mom Reveals Her Favorite Cocktail—Says Her Ex 'Had a Heart Attack Making Love to Me’

Did anyone else have any clue how beautifully unhinged Matthew McConaughey’s mom is? I had no idea. Lucky for us, as part of Pantalones Organic Tequila’s newly-released “Most Interesting Mom in the World” campaign, we get a hilariously candid introduction to Kay "MaMac" McConaughey.

In the pair of campaign videos from the Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves McConaughey-owned brand, the 94-year-old spilled the tea-quila on everything from her go-to cocktail to her epic final battle with “The Beast.” (Spoiler Alert: It’s one hell of a story.)

“He was in good in bed, we called it ‘The Beast,’” said MaMac while speaking on her late husband. “He had a heart attack making love to me. Yes, he did. What a way to go. And they tried to cover him up. I saId ‘Don’t you dare cover him up. I want everybody to see what’s making me so happy all this time.’”
