The Insanely Boozy Offerings Available In This Year’s $1 Million Golden Globes Gift Bag
Let me go ahead and call up an acting coach because the Golden Globe’s just unveiled their gift bags for next year’s ceremony, and they just keep getting bigger and more bougie. Given that the gift bag is valued at an astonishing $1 million, you know it’s packed with some major goodies. There’s everything from six-figure vacations to a rare bottle of Komos XO Tequila. Unfortunately for us regular folks, the coveted swag bag is solely available to winners and presenters of the 82nd Annual Golden Globe Awards. Maybe we can all enlist in those acting classes together? Hello, group discount!
I was excited to see that there’s no shortage of boozy offerings, including a selection of spirits from Casa Komos Brands Group, a brand that specializes in “crafting carefully-considered, unique products that embody a true sense of origin and respect for tradition.” There’s also a dreamy wine tasting and dinner experience in Bordeaux, France that’s valued at $272,000. You can find the full list of wine and spirits products and experiences below:
Casa Komos Brands Group: A rare bottle of Komos XO tequila ($2,000, available to 10 participants)
Casa Komos Brands Group: The celebrated collection of Reposado Rosa, Añejo Cristalino, Añejo Reserva, and Extra Añejo ($950, available to 15 participants)
Casa Komos Brands Group: A sustainability-minded trip to the Komos Foundation in Tequila, Mexico ($5,500, available to one participant)
Isle of Harris Distillery: A bottle of The Hearach Single Malt Scotch Whisky and/or Isle of Harris Gin ($90 and $150, available to all 100 participants)
Liber Pater: Wine tasting and dinner experience in Bordeaux, France ($272,000, available to one participant)
Liber Pater: A trio of ultra rare 2015, 2018, and 2019 vintages ($34,8000, available to one participant)
A few of the other notable experiences and products featured in the gift bag include a small-batch fragrance from Perfumehead and a five-day luxury yacht charter throughout the Coral Triangle in Indonesia.
I don’t know about you all, but I’ll definitely be putting on the performance of a lifetime next year just so I can get to the (gift) bag. Watch your back, Denzel!
