Chili’s May Margarita of the Month Features a Surprising Twist: Boba

Chili’s

Chili’s, I’m not gonna lie to you. You had me a little nervous with this year’s Margaritas of the Month. I thought we were gonna be stuck with repeats of last year’s sips. But I was pleasantly surprised when it was revealed that the Margarita of the Month for April was the all-new (heavy on the “new”) Peachy Dream Marg. Well, the fun doesn’t stop there, folks. We’re getting another new Margarita of the Month in May, and it might just be the most innovative marg yet from the restaurant.

Next month, Chili’s fans will be able to try the new Popping Boba Marg. The unique sip is made with Lunazul Blanco Tequila, Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, Monin Watermelon, house-made sour, and Dragonfruit Popping Boba. Watermelon and lemon are already a top-tier flavor duo, so the addition of Dragonfruit Popping Boba seems likely to take it to another level. And yes, the Popping Boba Marg will cost just $6. No boba upcharge here.

If you’re like me and are super eager to get your hands on the Popping Boba Marg, there’s good news. It’ll be available a day early on April 30—We have National Boba Day to thank for that early drop.

And while you’re getting your boba on, be sure to check out Chili’s new selection of chicken sandwiches. They’re offered as part of the restaurant’s $10.99 3 For Me deal, and include the Big Crispy, Spicy Big Crispy, Honey-Chipotle Big Crispy, Nashville Hot Big Crispy, Buffalo Big Crispy, and Deluxe Big Crispy.

In case you’re not seeing what I’m seeing here, you can get a margarita and a 3 For Me at Chili’s for less than $20. Take that inflation!
