To create a cocktail inspired by Thanksgiving dinner you don’t actually have to create a stuffing-infused simple syrup or garnish a drink with a turkey leg. It’s as easy as choosing one element of Thanksgiving dinner, take cranberry sauce for example, and using that element to craft a cocktail like the “EFFEN Toasted White Cranberry.” Or you can even try your luck at a cocktail made using a boozy infusion of various spices and cranberries. Take the Wild Turkey-created “Kentucky Thanksgiving,” it calls for the addition of Wild Turkey infused with cardamom seeds, dried cranberries, and cinnamon.
In case either of those two cocktails sounds like an enticing addition to your Thanksgiving dinner, you can find their recipes blow. Oh, and I’ve also included a bonus, non-Lushworthy recipe as well courtesy of Crown Royal Maple.
For those of you attending Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week you’re probably at the point where your thumbs are numb from live-Tweeting your way through dozens of fashion shows, you’ve become sleep depraved thanks to the abundance of raucous after parties, and the four-inch stilettos you’ve been rocking have become the devil himself. Yeah, I would certainly say a good cocktail is in order if you plan on keeping your sanity until fashion week concludes on September 12.
With their newly introduced EFFEN Salted Caramel, EFFEN Vodka has a handful of cocktails made using their new addition that happen to be perfect for fashion fanatics. You can find those drink recipes below. Oh, and even if you’re nowhere near all the fashion week frenzy, you can still indulge in one of EFFEN Vodka’s Lushworthy libations.

In a matter of weeks we’ll be switching from shades to scarves and from daiquiris to Irish coffees. Yes, we’ll be saying goodbye to summer next week as we celebrate Labor Day, so you might as well indulge in a little spiked punch or one of many seasonal cocktails while you still can.
If boozy, fruity punches aren’t quite your cup of tea then I’ve also included the drink recipe for the sweet and savory “EFFEN Salted Caramel Popcorn Martini.” I mean, you really can’t go wrong with a cocktail that’s made using caramel popcorn. And if you’re hoping to tap into your inner mixologist this Labor Day, there’s also the Jaime Salas-created “Hi Teq Punch,” a cocktail that combines Milagro Silver, hibiscus tea, and Lillet Rose. But if it’s spiked punch you fancy then I’ve got plenty of those recipes as well. Check ‘em out below and be sure to have a safe and enjoyable Labor Day weekend! Cheers!

If you happen to hate Valentine’s Day, that is fully understandable, but instead of punching pillows all day or throwing pictures and various other memento’s of your ex into a fireplace, why not enjoy a cocktail or two? While there are plenty of cocktails dedicated to Valentine’s Day there’s also plenty of drink recipes that are a little more anti-Valentine’s Day friendly. Take for instance EFFEN Vodka’s “EFFEN Bitter Truth,” that name alone just screams “Valentine’s Day is for chumps.” And if you’re hoping to make the holiday a little more relaxing there’s also Van Gogh Vodka’s “Dutch Tea” which is a decadent combination of Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka, tea, heavy cream, and sugar.
Personally, I think that if you’re without a boo on V-Day you should celebrate the holiday with friends and EFFEN Vodka’s “Toast Of The Town” is ideal for that kind of occasion. If those cocktails haven’t quite tickled your fancy then I’ve also included drink recipes from Pinnacle Vodka, Jim Beam, and Cruzan Rum.

The EFFEN Vodka cocktails were of course flowing at designer Richard Chai’s Fashion’s Night Out (FNO) party last week as were the celebrity appearances. Joining the designer at his EFFEN-sponsored shindig were NBA gold medalist Russell Westbrook and “Glee” actor Darren Criss. Aside from Chai, the star of the night was EFFEN’s “Bold Ginger” cocktail which received praise from both the designer and Criss. What’s in this amazing cocktail you ask? Well, I’ve included the drink recipe for the “Bold Ginger” below as well as a few pictures from the event. Enjoy!
Oh, and on a completely non-Lushworthy note don’t you just love Russell Westbrook’s animal-print shirt paired with those olive pants?

Summer is slowly beginning to rear its lovely head and since we still have a few weeks left until the season begins that gives you plenty of time to revamp your list of summer cocktails. Sure a margarita or cran and vodka are refreshing during those sweltering months, but it’s nice to incorporate a new cocktail every now and then. A great way to add a little “oomph” to your summer cocktails is by creating your own infused vodkas. It might sound like quite the feat, but it’s actually pretty simple. To get you ready for summer EFFEN Vodka has provided these drink recipes for cocktails that are made using lavender and strawberry infused vodka. And you can find directions on how to infuse EFFEN Vodka under the drink recipe. Happy infusing!
Side Note: I just noticed how awesome that garnish on the “EFFEN Summer Punch” is! Before reading the directions I actually thought it was a piece of grapefruit.
