5 Valentine’s Day Cocktails Sweet Enough For Any Celebration

Is it just me or did Valentine’s Day all of a sudden become a major party holiday? You’ve got your Galentine’s get-togethers and V-Day themed house parties. Personally, I love it. I mean, I love any excuse for a party, so turn up for Cupid. 

With so many fun happenings, Valentine’s Day serves as a perfect time to break out those awesome, themed cocktails. If you’re at a loss when it comes to ideas for your V-Day sips, I’ve compiled a list of five cocktails that are perfect for any V-Day celebration. Cheers!

Honey Berry Cosmo (Pictured Above)

INGREDIENTS

0.75 oz Chambord® Liqueur
1.25 oz Jack Daniel’s® Tennessee Honey
1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
1 Splash Lemon Juice
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

DIRECTIONS

Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 parts Milagro Silver
0.25 part Simple Syrup
0.5 part Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 part Watermelon Juice
2 parts Rosé Sparkling Wine
Garnish: 1 Lemon Twist

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake, strain and pour into a champagne flute. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Raspberry Kisses (Makes two)raspberry-kisses-with-bottle-close-up

INGREDIENTS

3 ounces Smirnoff Raspberry Vodka
1 ounce Limoncello
6 ounces Passion Fruit Juice
Fresh Raspberries for garnish

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, mix ice, Smirnoff Raspberry Vodka, Limoncello, and Passion Fruit Juice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

INGREDIENTS 

2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
1 part Rose Petal Jam
½ part Lemon Juice
½ part Sugar Syrup
1 part Cranberry Juice
1 part Egg White

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Double shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with rose petals and spray of orange bitters and rose waters.

Rose Rosa Rosérose-rosa-rose

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cocchi Rosa
3 dashes strawberry bitters
4 oz Chandon Rosé
1 (2-inch) sprig Rosemary

DIRECTIONS

Fill a glass half full with ice. Add the Cocchi Rosa and bitters. Stir. Add the Rosé. Roll the rosemary between your palms to release the oils and add to the glass.
