Miami’s Red, The Steakhouse Introduces New Cocktail Menu

With the changing of the seasons, restaurants and bars across the country are introducing a bevy of new drinks to their cocktail menus. Among those providing new, Lushworthy options for their guests is Miami, Florida eatery, Red, The Steakhouse. Located on South Beach, the steakhouse boasts a new cocktail menu that “incorporates fresh and unique ingredients.”

Among the drinks featured on the new cocktail menu at Red, The Steakhouse is the Red “305,” which is made using Bombay Sapphire, fresh agave, orange bitters, strawberries, cucumbers, and is topped off with a Prosecco float. Yeah, I could go for about two of those bad boys right now.

Corzo Pepino

INGREDIENTS

2.0 oz Corzo Silver Tequila
1.0 oz Fresh Agave
Splash of fresh Pineapple juice and Sprite
Muddled Pineapple & Cucumber

DIRECTIONS

Muddle fresh fruit in a martini shaker. Add Corzo Silver Tequila, Pineapple Juice, Sprite and Agave to the same martini shaker. Shake well and pour over ice in a highball glass.

Red “305” (Pictured Above)

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire
1.0 oz Fresh Agave
Splash of Orange Bitters
Fresh Strawberries & Cucumbers
Prosecco Float

DIRECTIONS

Combine Gin, Agave, Bitters and fresh fruit in martini shaker. Shake well and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with a Prosecco float to finish.

So-Fi Caipirinha

INGREDIENTS

2.0 oz Cachaca
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Watermelon Puree
1.0 oz Fresh Agave
Garnish: Slice of Lime and black Cherry floating

DIRECTIONS

Combine Cachaca, Lime Juice, Watermelon Puree and Agave in a martini shaker. Shake well and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of lime and black cherry floating.
