Cooler Favorites: Smirnoff Ice Peach Bellini, A Convenient Twist On A Brunch Favorite

Smirnoff Ice Peach Bellini

Since the weather is finally allowing us to enjoy the great outdoors again, we’ll soon see an increase in outdoor get together’s, tailgate parties, etc. And I highly doubt that anyone’s trying to break out the bar tools and Sweet Vermouth while they’re hanging at their neighbors luau-themed barbecue this Spring. With that being said over the next few weeks or months (who knows), I’m going to introduce you guys to a handful of “Cooler Favorites.” These “Cooler Favorites” will typically include newly-introduced beers and malt beverages.

For our first “Cooler Favorite” we have the brand-spanking new “Smirnoff Ice Peach Bellini.” This latest addition to the Smirnoff Ice line is described as being a “sparkling mix of luscious peach with a hint of raspberry.” Is it just me or does that sound incredibly refreshing? Also, the Smirnoff Ice Peach Bellini is perfect for those days when crafting your own Bellini seems entirely too tiresome. In case peach isn’t really your thing (the flavor is pretty hit or miss for me personally), Smirnoff Ice boasts a number of other flavors including Raspberry Burst, Green Apple, and Pineapple.

LOVE the new Ice Peach Bellini. As with all the S.I. flavors–in my opinion, at least–it tastes exactly like the flavor name (perhaps a bit sweeter), without that gross aftertaste typical of malt beverages.

This sounds silly to say, but don’t get it if you don’t like peach. A friend of mine bought it thinking the raspberry would “overpower” the peach taste she dislikes (needless to say, she’s never had a real bellini), and she wound up giving the rest of the six-pack to me (which I was more than happy to take).

Honestly the only thing I don’t like about this drink is the calorie content; from what I’ve found it’s more than 200 a bottle.

    Great website, btw!

Love this cooler. I made a purée of peach, mango and raspberry ( frozen) poured some over ice added cooler and stirred. Yummy… Only had them once. Can’t find them in Canada so guess I must head back to buffalo lol gonna stock up.

    Thanks Zoey!

It’s definitely heavy on the peach. Now that I think about it, I don’t remember tasting any raspberry :-\ Although I’m not much of a peach lover I did find the Peach Bellini pretty refreshing.

I love the peach bellini. Now the trick is finding some place in Colorado Springs to get it! I found it while in Westminster MA and can’t find it in Colorado springs :(
